chicken salad

This tangy chicken salad is super easy to make and is great for you.

ingredients

3        cups or rotisserie chicken shredded and chilled (I highly

          recommend buying this pre-done from the deli section of your

          local grocer)

1/3     cup green onions, chopped

3/4     cup peeled and chopped English Cucumber

1/2     cup chopped celery

1/4     cup chopped fresh parsley

2/3     cup full-fat, unflavored Greek Yogurt

1        Tbsp dijon mustard

1 1/2  Tbs lemon juice

1         tsp dried dill

1         tsp sea salt

1/2      tsp black pepper

Directions

1.  Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2.  Serve immediately
