We’re the proud parents of two amazing boys and are stepping into the next exciting chapter of life as almost-empty nesters! Andrew is a corporate road warrior, and my background is rooted in family ministry and nonprofit leadership.

For over a decade, I poured my heart into mission-driven work — believing deeply in helping others. But the reality? That passion came at the cost of time, financial freedom, and my own health. We were living with big purpose… but a constant pressure on our finances and schedule.

Then everything changed.

After walking through a breast cancer diagnosis and Andrew facing a near heart episode, we knew we had to re-prioritize. We started small — with our health, our habits, and a renewed vision for what we wanted our future to look like.

Today, we live with more energy, confidence, and freedom than ever before — and we get to help others do the same. By aligning our purpose with clean, proven wellness solutions and a business model that honors our values, we’ve built a life of impact and income.

Joy and Andrew are da bomb! My wife and I started our health journey with them summer of 2017 and we haven’t been the same since.
